Associate Editor
Job Description
Looking for freshers and experienced candidates to join our editorial team as Associate Editors. The Associate Editor will support manuscript evaluation, peer-review coordination, reviewer selection, editorial quality checks, and communication with authors and reviewers to maintain high academic and ethical publishing standards.
Responsibilities
- Review submitted manuscripts for basic quality, relevance, and completeness.
- Coordinate with authors, reviewers, and editorial board members.
- Assist in the peer-review process and track manuscript status.
- Communicate review updates and editorial decisions professionally.
- Check manuscripts for formatting, plagiarism reports, references, and journal guidelines.
- Maintain proper records of submissions, reviews, and publication workflow.
- Support the editorial team in improving journal quality and timely publication.
Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
- Minimum qualification: Graduation in any relevant discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and basic computer operations.
- Good understanding of academic writing, research papers, or publishing process is preferred.
- Ability to coordinate with authors, reviewers, and internal team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage tasks within deadlines.
- Previous experience in journal publishing, editorial work, or research coordination will be an added advantage.
